Our Programs

ARK Pet Rescue offers a variety of programs designed to enhance self-sustainability while supporting its mission of rescuing animals in need. These programs include a professional pet grooming salon, providing professional pet grooming services to the community while generating funds for rescue operations. A equine tack re-sale shop offers a much needed service to our equestrian community, with proceeds directly benefiting rescued animals. Through these initiatives, ARK Pet Rescue creates a sustainable model that ensures long-term support for animals in need.

Our Grooming Salon

ARK Pet Rescue operates a professional pet grooming salon within the rescue, offering high-quality grooming services while making a difference in the lives of homeless pets. With experienced groomers providing everything from basic baths to full-service styling, pets receive top-notch care in a compassionate environment. Best of all, 100% of the profits from the salon go directly toward rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. By choosing ARK Pet Rescue’s grooming services, pet owners not only keep their furry friends looking their best but also help provide critical resources for homeless pets.

Equine Exchange:
Tack for a Cause

Equine Exchange: Tack for a Cause is ARK Pet Rescue’s horse tack resale shop, dedicated to supporting shelter pets through the sale of gently used equestrian gear. Located in Newberg, separate from the rescue, this unique shop allows supporters to donate or consign saddles, bridles, blankets, and other tack items, with proceeds going directly toward helping homeless animals. Whether shopping for quality secondhand tack or contributing items to the cause, every purchase and donation helps provide food, medical care, and shelter for pets in need. Equine Exchange offers a meaningful way for the equestrian community to support rescue animals while finding great deals on essential riding gear.
