ARK Pet Rescue officially opened its doors to the public in July of 2021! Since we publicly opened we have had the privilege to work with SO many amazing animals and see them into their forever homes! Our hope is to update this page each year with numbers of animals we have impacted!

In an act of total transparency, based on our shelter tracking software, the percentage of animals who pass away in our care is currently: 4.1%
​
It is important to know that we do not euthanize for space, when an animal passes away in our care it is due to illness. The majority of our rescued pets come into our care very very sick.
